The system arrived with a dead power supply.
So much for 'testing' and 'burning in'.
When I contacted them through email they told me to call.
When I called at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight time, their 'tech support' was closed.
At this point I'm done with PortaTech and am about to call my credit union and put the credit card charges in dispute.
Oh, and when they send you DOA garbage, you have to eat the return shipping charges.
Do a little leg work and avoid these crooks.
