Over 2 weeks no clue what's going on with my order. They don't reply to customer concerns. Stay away from this company. I'm contacting the f de sud department of the credit card company.

This has become a crappy. Company to deal with. Parcels not shipped on time, parcels not Recieved. I'm done with Chapters.

Amazon used to be awesome but last year service has been awful and customer service are a joke. Shipping times are ridiculous and trying to cancel an order is like pulling teeth now.

This transition was smooth and the service was great. Love doing business wirh fellow Canadians. Will be do8ng more business with this company.
