“Awful place and scam so far in my experience”

So far they have lied to me about my order and item I bought, then claim it was lost in the mail, and when i did get something it was the wrong item. So they refused to give me a refund because they complain about the amount they had to spend on shipping. Well, they are a business supposedly right? Again, their fault. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. It's been about 6 months since I've tired to get an answer about my refund. Now they won't even amswr me.
