American Express decided to change its website, so there is no way to find out what the available balance is. When I called, which is monthly from two to six times, the stupid representatives make promises and never make good on them. They talked over me when Im on the phone and I couldnt get a word in edgewise. When I got frustrated, I told Sandy in Montana in Platinum Card Services at 6:39pm, our of frustration asked her for her manager and not their voicemail, explicitly said I did not want her managers voicemail. Sandy didnt answer any of my questions and sent me to her managers voicemail.
American Express is the WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN EXISTENCE, and its no wonder they lost the Costco account!
