On March 8,2024 I ordered an item on your website - #*******815. Shortly thereafter I received an email stating it was shipped and will arrive March 10,2024.
It never arrived, but worse, UPS said they never received the order.
I called your Customer Service four times the morning of 3/11/2024, was put on hold six (6) times, and was eventually told wait another ten (10) days as they have no idea what went wrong.
They told me I would have to wait ten (10) more days to get any help. Seriously?
I asked for a refund to go purchase this elsewhere – I was told NO.
I asked for a supervisor – was placed on hold twice for 35 minutes each and was then told NO supervisor was available for 20-30 minutes, would I like to hold that long? A lot of sarcasm in their voice.
This was the most awful order experience, only surpassed by the worst telephone representatives I have ever encountered. Completely devoid of any customer empathy, no desire or ability to help, and they actually made the Macy's Buying-Experience exponentially worse.
