Before ordering try first to contact their customer service in their website *******@refrigeratorfilterstore.com. They will not answer you. This is a sign of consumer fraud. There is no phone number to contact them. That is another sign of fraud. They immediately charged my credit card without any tracking or shipping info. I emailed them 3 times then to cancel my purchase and no response from them. So I took action and reported them to my credit card company and to the Federal Trade Commission.
