I also made a purchase last month as a late Xmas gift to myself but only to receive the goods faulty with lumps and a bad defect that won't subside.
I sent countless emails since beginning of Jan 2021 but no reply.
The best thing you could do is call your bank and file a dispute because they are being unprofessionally and broke several policies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Law.
I got my bank involved in 2 similar issues and now I am getting my money back
