Just another scam organization. They use your email and phone number to spam you with more scams. After contacting them, they referred it out, but it turns out to be a scammer. I received an email from
*******@noble-allyfinancesecurity.com. Nice scam webpage; however, the have two addresses in Dallas for "My Smoke Gear" and NYC for "Quest Diagnostics" and the website is registered in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. Very sketchy. I am reporting it to the FBI.
Tip for consumers:
If you are looking to recover stolen or lost crypto through these unscrupulous players, don't. They will only continue exploiting you. Through my research and experience there are no reputable companies that can help you with this. The local police and the FBI are worthless. Just accept the loss and move on. As AI develops, it will catch them in the future.

I used the vault feature for added security and it requires two email approvals prior to withdrawing it from the vault. The primary email account worked just fine; however, the secondary email verification loops you back to the coinbase site without executing the approval. I cancelled and attempted it again and it still did not work. So I have a large amount of crypto that I cannot get access too. Totally inept customer service; STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCHANGE!
