Poor customer service. I ordered a dust cover for my Cricut in early May... it is now the second week in Aug and still no product! (2010).

I sent 2 e-mails to www.covercrafter.com inquiring about why the product had not arrived. I FINALLY hear from them in mid July... saying it is on its way. The next day PayPal says that USPS has it and it is on it's way. Tracking through USPS shows no activity other than a parcel was scheduled for pick up. I sent another e-mail after 2 weeks... and have yet to hear anything from covercrafters regarding whether or not is was REALLY sent.

It would be better to order from another company to get a dust cover for your Cricut... or just make one yourself.
