I hired a company to ship my bike. Well it turns out that company must of been a brokerage company because the company that delivered my bike was CRST Specialized Transportation. My bike showed up damaged, covered in dust and grime. Not minimal damage... $6700 in damage. It was delivered on a straight truck (furniture delivery type truck) simply strapped down to the floor. Not covered, no soft straps used. There was a pallet jack not strapped down rolling free in the back of the truck. I had to fill out the damage form because the drivers could not read/write english. This company has no business shipping a motorcycle.

I used this company to ship my motorcycle. They say on their website that they ship bikes. They are nothing more then a brokerage company for bike shipment. When I got my booking documents it was actually with another company Premier Motorcycle Transport. Premier is also nothing more then a brokerage company. My bike was delivered by yet a 3rd carrier. Their communication is non existent once they have your money. My bike was delivered majorly damaged. Now I need to get this resolved, not to mention now I have a bike with a diminished value as well. My bike was delivered in a furniture style straight truck. It had ratchet straps right over the paint and tied down right to the floor. No soft straps, not blankets or any type of covering, no motorcycle fixture or skid to put the bike in so it wasn't damaged. There was a pallet jack in the truck not secured most likely banging into my bike then entire trip. Stay away, stay far away from this company.

All the 1 star ratings on here are 100% accurate. Stay away from Premier Motorcycle Transport. They are nothing more then a Brokerage company. My bike was delivered by a different company. My bike was lost for about 3 weeks. There is no communication with Premier at all. They do not answer the phone, they will not return a voicemail or email, and their online chat is nothing more then the ability to open a ticket which they never respond to. My bike was delivered damaged. Not minimal damage. $6700 worth of damage. This company told me that every bike came with $10,000 of coverage. Out right lie from the sales person that took the booking. My bike was delivered on the back of a furniture style straight truck strapped down the the floor with regular ratchet straps over the paint. No soft straps, no blankets or covering, no motorcycle skid or special pallet for the bike to be in so that it couldn't get damaged. I had to fill out the damage paperwork because the drivers couldn't read/write English. Run away from this company don't walk.
