A product I needed was topmost on this rating scale. My anti-virus checkers refused to let the #1 rated product (by them) download. It was completely unsafe.
It seems as though most others find their ratings as useless as I did.
Tip for consumers:
Ratings by Top Ten Reviews are useless despite their advertising.
