I did the low subscription. Said it would be here in 4-10 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and now they are saying "No" it's 12 weeks and it is scheduled to be here by the 12 week mark. Saying that I can't read the email in front of my face. Regardless, there was no notification of a delay, no trying to make it right, no apology. In my opinion this is terrible customer service and a low rate company. Beware! I was possibly going to renew but I promise you I am not with this company.

Tip for consumers:
It doesn't seem to me that you will know something is wrong until it is too late. What is apparent to me is they don't need my business and don't care to have it. It would be a good value for the first run at least. I just don't like doing business with companies or people that treat me like that.
