I did the low subscription. Said it would be here in 4-10 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and now they are saying "No" it's 12 weeks and it is scheduled to be here by the 12 week mark. Saying that I can't read the email in front of my face. Regardless, there was no notification of a delay, no trying to make it right, no apology. In my opinion this is terrible customer service and a low rate company. Beware! I was possibly going to renew but I promise you I am not with this company.
