Dont depend on these guys honoring their pick up window. Dont depend on good follow up. Dont depend on their handling pieces with care. Dont depend on professional movers showing up.

Ive used this company 2 times (paid them thrice). No time was a great experience, however they were the cheapest option and the owner seemed like the kind of guy whod do what it takes to close the sale, so I gave them a shot.

One of my experiences was with a trio of high school seniors, maybe college freshman, who were obviously highered for their braun and nothing else - maybe their ability to milk a clock. One guy took no less than 30 mins to wrap my wooden dinning table. Another tried to carry my 80 (eighty inch) flat screen tv downstairs, by himself.

Another... the following is 100% true... of the guys, after coursely dropping a box on top of another, looked confused when I said thats fragile. He said ok then did it with another box, marked with the same warning. I said Dude! That says fragile too! The guy pauses, now that he sees my frustration, and asks with a straight face... What does fragile mean?

Enticed by the price, I hired the company one last time for a move on 3/29/18. I was given a window. They never showed up. I had to constantly reach out to the owner, and he would occasionally respond. He finally told me he didnt know what time they would be there. I asked for a refund. He said Ill refund your money. I never heard from him again. I finally had to process a dispute with my CC company.

Pay the extra money folks; peace of mind is priceless. Besides, the damage to your property and the guaranteed frustration that comes with this company, makes them one of the most expensive options out there.
