I was told from salesman that unit would be replaced if it couldn't be repaired. 3200. 00 bill they paid 150.00. They don't tell you they determine the depreciation of unit. And yoy pay a 75.00 deductible so in truth they paid out 75.00 towards a 3200. 00 bill that the salesman makes you believe will be 100% covered. The select home warranty cost me 650.00 a year. So it is a major SCAM stay away. I've filed a review with the BBB as well as a claim.
Tip for consumers:
Stay CLEAR of Select Home Warranty they dont replace the equipment only pay out a very very small amount. Sales lead you to believe you will have peace of mind.
