I've tried many places for a personal and payday loan and Personal Money Network is by far my first choice. Save yourself the hassle and just go to them. My 2 cents.
Tip for consumers:
They match you with lenders, so instead of filling out forms on many sites, you can just apply once. Not such thing as guaranteed approval but this is as close as it gets because they work with so many you're more likely to be matched.
