I had an issue using an IKEA card which I purchased back in Jan, 2017. And I contacted Raise support via online chat, and it took me little time to have the issue resolved and I got full refund of the purchase. Of course, I am a bit disappointed with the failing gift card, but, I won't complain since I have saved a lot of money using Raise for my remodeling and furnishing project at my home. Thanks Raise! The customer support is awesome and the service is second to none.
