This is my experience with the WoodSpring Suites Memphis Southeast hotel in Collierville, TN:
After traveling all day from Spain, I was literally STRANDED outside of this hotel at 1am in the morning all because the lady on the other end of the lobby phone wouldn't get up to do an after hours check-in. I had to call my wife and have her drive the 81 miles in the middle of the night to pick me up, then 81 miles back home.
I made my reservation online prior to arriving, but because "check-ins are at 3pm" - as she told me repeatedly, I was denied the room I had reserved. Even on WoodSpring's website, they state "Need help after hours - including check-in? Dial x500 from a lobby or room phone. A staff member will assist you shortly."
This is the worse kind of service. I've never been treated so badly by hotel staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
