Customer service is a joke! Ordered a 2 pack of heat trap nipples for a water heater. Found it cheaper and quicker shipping time through amazon. Tried emailing and calling since the day I ordered it. They waited until after everything was processed to get back to me and tell me they could not cancel in time and after I got the part they would send me shipping info to send it back at my expense. When you call they never answer and their voicemail box is always full. Takes them 2 days or more to give an email response. Will never use this site again no matter how desperate. Joke Joke Joke company.
