“Worst experience ever with Poolweb! Unprofessional and no integrity”

They essentially took my money and ran. Delivered the wrong size custom pool cover after their sales rep made a mistake and they refuse to make good on it. I can't believe any business is this unprofessional. I'm reversing the charge with my credit card company and now I need to find another site to buy my pool cover - after waiting nearly a month for them to send me what is a useless $1,500 cover that doesn't fit my pool!

Tip for consumers:
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
