I've been a member of PayPal since 2013 I have it set up in both their app and their website that if there's any issues in payment or information or anything else that I'm supposed to be notified by email and by text. I've had a payment held by them for two and a half weeks with no notification from them as to what the issue is.uncontacted their customer support they told me if I resubmitted new documentation once again that I would get within one day it's been 2 days now if I send an email to them I get a generic response that has no bearing on the situation.
