I placed an order and was charged immediately and their site claims to only bill you when the items are shipped. I had a slight change so literally 10 minutes after i ordered i emailed the person who sent me the confirmation asking about switching a small decal. NO RESPONSE. I called the next day to be told that that person no longer worked for them and that it was too late that the products have already shipped... fine no big deal. After a week i called to check on the order and was told that the company had not received the items yet? WHY NOT? That it would take 2 weeks to receive them. Their site says 14 days till its in my hands. Now 2 weeks later i still have not received anything along with sending 6 emails to their other email address *******@donwood.com. I called again today just to be put to a voice service 3 times and when i finally asked for a manager they send me to a black (no sound) number which never picks up after 5 minutes of waiting. At this point im ready to put a dispute on my credit card which takes a month to handle and file a complaint with the bbb. Very slow company and horrible at returning calls/emails.
