So I contacted them about a job driving truck. Here is what they try to rush past. They want you to pay for fuel! Then they will ONLY reimburse $1.55 per gallon. The guy actually said "you pay some and we pay some" like we were two friends going on a trip. Oh, then they want $1500. 00 cash on deposit just in case you scratch or ding a truck, at thier discretion. Oh yes you are going to be 1099ed so you better figure your taxes out of the 73 cents per mile they want to pay you. Oh if you want workers comp insurance that will cost you extra too. But they have a policy they can sell you. Not sure if it meets my states requirements or not. They acted like they were doing me a favor but after doing the math it was going to net me $0.22 a mile if I didn't need to pay my own return trip. So good luck with that.

First off I contacted customer service with a warranty claim on a defective HID ballast right out of the box. It takes nearly a week for a response with every email. After running me around with troubleshooting tips and telling me that they would replace the bad part, they decided not too. The first emails said "Sorry to hear about the one bulb not performing as expected. In cases like this I can simply replace the component that is not working correctly with a brand new part." and "Let me know the results and I will get that part shipped out ASAP, thank you!" But when I provided them a copy of my invoice they told me "Unfortunately, I will not be able to send replacement parts as this kit was ordered through warehouse deals, inc, and not OPT-7."
I ordered the light from Amazon, Warehouse Deals, NIB with 2 Year Warranty, but they do not stand behind the product they make if Amazon or anyone else sells it.

I have ordered hundreds of items from amazon and on the occasion there is a problem that Amazon customer service can help with they do a super job. I am very happy with Amazon and the companies that sell on their site.

I was looking for a 24inch tube type tire for a big truck. My local tire shop told me it would cost $1,100 each! I found the tire at Simple Tire and even with shipping I was able to buy 5 tires for the price of 2 tires locally.

I attempted to order a wheel with a price listed as $0.00. Knowing the wheel was not free, I asked customer service how much the wheel was. They told me it depended where it was shipping to. I asked why, when the site has "free shipping on everything" in bold on top of every page. No reply. Sounds like a scam to me.
Update: I called the number listed for support, it went to a personal voicemail. And as to his claim that it is very rare and very heavy. He claims to sell TRUCK WHEELS not feathers. Truck wheels are heavy by the very fact they they are for use on TRUCKS. Even if I was going to order aluminum wheels they would still be big and heavy, so not sure in what world truck wheels are light enough to offer free shipping. Advertizing gimmick.
