I have been a very loyal customer of Until Gone for a while. I have spent thousands with this company, and it seemed often I was always running into issues with product or service. I had broken products delivered from them and not responded to for over two weeks and it was a Christmas present given and waiting to be fixed, I had to on numerous occasions reach out and remind the company to ship me my items. The worst issue was when I purchased multiple "junk boxes" that they state are a bunch of random items thrown in a box for you to purchase as a mystery. I waited over a week to receive it and nothing, I had to reach out AGAIN and ask for them to send my purchases, which they threw all three junk boxes into one box (they were purchased seperate for a reason) and then duplicated 5 things and sent them in multiples. When I reached out to them and asked them to maybe swap because I had 3 chalkboards and batteries they said... you snooze you lose. I understand things happen, I also understand you need to take care of your customer when you have not done what you stated. I now have ended my buying with unitl gone As there may be discounts, many of their items hae come faulty, incorrect or they just dont make it right. Just not worth the discount. Myself and another have already found Brads deals. Very good and I have used them for a while as well and have never had an issue. www.bradsdeals.com has daily deals they comb the whole web for. They always back up their goods

I have dropped over $2k with this company, and in the order I received a broken snowblower, broken remotes, and spilled fluid. I got in touch with Halloween Express and Was put thru the ringer just to try get replacements for what I paid for. I mean I did drop quite a bit already with this company, but nope! They play games. The right arm doesn't talk to the left. Finally when I was able to get this handled, I asked for a return label and was denied! What? I have to pay to ship your faulty product back? I ALREADY PAID FOR SHIPPING WHEN IT GOT HERE! Still no way would they reimburse me. Nope. AND their stuff isn't that great guys. Go to Vegas and other specialty stores. They have better quality and sales. I saw when it was too late.

On March 24th I irdered one bathing suit. I also paid extra shipping because I needed the suit soon due to a trip. It is the 10th of April. Still nothing. I have emailed them on March 31 and requested a credit for my expedited shipping cost since I didn't get my suit in the promised time. They emailed and said we still need 3 more days. What the hell? For a fricken suit they advertise and it takes over a week to put it in a box and ship? They suck. I want my money back I want everyone to know these people are crooks!

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time, which is also stated in the website.
