They had a general approach for every customer that they had. They thought that their service fits every requirements of their customers. That's what happened to me. I did not get a personalized approach that would make me feel special. I wanted to talk to a customer service representative personally to relay my concerns but they would always insist in live chat or email. They just did not like to interact to their customers to know them better and form meaningful, ongoing relationships.
