After htree positive experiences dealing with Jen Jen House I was disappointed when they supplied badly made shoes and then did not respond to my email.
One of the shoes had the strap half the length it should be making the pair of shoes useless.
I sent photos asking for help but none was forthcoming.
I have dealt with this company in the past and have found their dresses to be good but their accessories to be rubbish.

After a very bad experience with TBDress I have decided not to make the same mistake again.
I found some lovely dresses at Newsdress. Before going further I wrote them a detailed email asking them to explain their poor reviews here on Sitejabber - guess what - no response.
Another shonky company to aviod.

I ordered five dresses from TB Dress after carefully measuring and consulting their own sizing chart.
All were tiny, it was obvious the sizing stickers were stuck on to the plastic bag to match my order while the garments had no sizes at all on their sewn in tags.
Not one came close to the size in their chart or close to fitting.
If something appears too good (or cheap) to be true it is.
