My grandmother is missing a lot of valuables including jewelry after her "visiting" angels came to her home. It wasn't coincidental - valuables were missing after their visits.

My order says delivered - but it was NOT delivered. I tried calling both phone numbers - but no one is manning the phones and it eventually says goodbye. Website says 'we're working hard' - but they furloughed all the customer service. Their online CHAT is even worse. This order was for Mother's Day, I want a refund or track down my order and REALLY get it to me.

I'm updating my review, it is now 6 weeks of trying to get supplies from Lincare. 3 weeks were spent going back and forth trying to find my records, I was not informed American Home Patient (AHP) sold to Lincare. AHP said Lincare had my records, Lincare saying AHP had them. Lincare has limited office hours - wait time is 45 min to 1 hr 10 min. The 4th and 5th week was spent with my calling Lincare to ensure they had all the paperwork from my Doctor. My doctor sent 4 faxes (of which Lincare can't find and now want more paperwork after saying they had everything). When I tell them, I need to use my CPAT, I had a heart attack and need the machine (my 6-yr old machine isn't working) - they say my file is in the "queue" - when they get to it, they'll get to it. HORRIBLE COMPANY - NO SERVICE AT ALL.

It's day 25 and I still haven't received my order. I've inquired about my order with no luck.
Shame on me for NOT reading these reviews first. I would never have ordered from this company. After 15 days, I got an email with a 'tracking' number that has shown my order being prepared for delivery for the past 10 days - in CHINA!
