Package was sent back it's been a month and I have not received a refund in days since notifying them.On going months later with no word back from them what so ever I reached out again and was denied a refund despite never being notified or contacted back on the status of my package by the company and getting my money back since I never received the item. Basically took my money never informed me on when my package was sent back despite stating they'd get back to me on that and said oh well.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t waste your time with purchasing anything from the company because if something goes wrong on their end they’ll just shrug it off and keep your money. Claiming it’s policy when it’s horrible customer service and lack of communication to avoid refunding the customer
