Linda Semon of lindasemon.com and Coldwell Banker scammed us. She drafted an illegal and rip-off contract that demands that I pay my landlord almost $6,000 in CASH each month. My checks are not accepted. Only cash, even though she accepted a check that demands that her upfront commission is paid for 4 years! Total rip-off for new and unsuspecting tenants. They steal from their new clients and will draft contracts and documents that will leave you feeling unsafe and unprotected. Complete con artists who cannot be trusted. Beware!
