My 16 year old daughter bought 5 dresses totalling 120.00. We received what I can only describe as ill fitting cheap bits of Lycra. We requested the returns address to which we kept getting the same response " it costs 40.00 to send it back, keep the items and we will refund you 40.00" we didn't want to keep them so we eventually got the address. It cost me 20.00 to send them back tracked and signed. They received them 5 weeks ago now and we have sent proof of receipt. They have tried every excuse not to refund and now we are receiving no communication at all. This company is an absolute disgrace. Please do not buy from them
