$3.95 to ship with in the United States but $19.95 to ship to Canada, that must be a joke. This site stiffs the Canadian customers. If you live in Canada, the 50% off sitewide banner they're using to advertise their promotion is not for you sweetie.

Bras are pretty decent prices when you get a sale, they ship internationally from the UK and delivery is about 2 weeks to Canada. The customer service is really efficient, and the staff is friendly. Only downside is that the sizing is a little off on some products so reading the product reviews is sometimes the only way to know if your size will fit or be too small/big.
This is my go to site, I love it!

Tip for consumers:
Read product reviews for item fit

Long story short:
I ordered a $123 gown for my highschool graduation THREE YEARS AGO that arrived with beads and sequins falling off and the hem looking like it had been chopped up with safety scissors. I contacted the seller about the bad quality of the dress and he refused to refund or accept a return and aliexpress did (surprise) nothing. In fact, They closed my dispute even though I had received no response after it was escalated. They claimed they had resolved everything even though no one had contacted me or issued a refund. The people who sell on this site are unreliable and looking to take people's money. Don't even consider them.

Short story long:
The seller's name is Edward Chou and the store is ASAP Bay Bridal.
I contacted him numerous times explaining that if I'm going to keep the dress I have to spend upwards of $90 to have a tailor fix everything. He suggested refunding $30 (ha) for the inconvenience. I refused to accept so little because it doesn't even cover the cost of the tailor. Then he started to get angry with me and sent me direct emails (not through the site) calling me a $#*! and a whore that's trying to rob him. Naturally after that outrageous communication, I left a negative review. That got his attention. Suddenly he is polite and willing to refund me entirely if I change the review to 5 stars. Typical.

Instead of sending the refund through PayPal, which is how I paid, he asked for MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND SWIFT CODE. I told him no. He needs to refund me through PayPal because it is much safer and I don't trust this jackass. I asked him to first refund me through PayPal and then I would change my review. Ordinarily that is not the procedure but considering the fact that he just asked for personal information and took the dispute offline where the aliexpress staff (if they exist) can't see him swearing at me, that was the deal. I got no response after. I made several refund request with my terms and the only thing I received was more swearing.

After several MONTHS of trying to get my money back from this con artist, I contacted AliExpress' "customer service". Well they didn't do crap. I sent screenshots of thte entire conversation between me and edward, including the private emails he sent and they said they would 'contact him'. I don't know if they did it not because no one has gotten back to me. No one has responded to any further emails, and that's why I'm here typing in the middle of the night about a transaction that took place years ago.

According the site now, the whole thing has been resolved even though:
No refund was given
No apology was given
No confirmation of anything was given

AliExpress really goes the extra mile to make sure the scammers on their site don't lose their stolen money. Buyer protection is a lie. No exaggeration, They literally don't give a damn about you or the money you lost.

Tip for consumers:
If you're still insisting that it can't be that bad or that this website won't scan you out of your money, go ahead and donate to their scam operation. They will appreciate it.

UPDATE:
My decision to change the rating from 1 to 4 stars is because customer service
Yesterday contacted to say they were willing to refund the full cost of the
Headphones immediately including shipping if I change the review to show their
Amazing service has resolved the case.
No hassle, no return. Although I am extremely pleased that I've finally received
Decent communication from someone that is helpful, I'm still annoyed that it took
So much time and effort. My experience with an actual human being (!) through
A customer service ticket was positive, definitely better than the service that I had
Received before.
Even though, this process took a long time I have been told that they will contact
Their supplier to let them know of the product quality. Hopefully they'll listen and so
I (or anyone else) has to go through this. My advice to a potential buyer is to
Ensure that they research information for product they want to buy off this site and
Don't just read reviews.

ORIGINAL:
I ordered a pair of headphones on 15 December, 2016. They said it would take 8-10 business days to arrive which means it should have arrived by the 29th at latest. When I checked on the 4th of January, they hadn't even arrived in Canada. They didn't get here until today. (9 January, 2017)

I tried contacting customer service but they have no phone number. First red flag. I opened a ticket asking what's going on with my order and they responded the next day to say that it has been resolved. The link they sent in the email led to a page that said 'you have no orders' (!). I had to make 3 inquiries about the item on its listing before anyone responded. All they said was to go to my account and look under My Orders. Obviously they weren't paying attention when I told them that no order is showing, yet my $30.45 has been paid to... someone.

When I finally received the headphones, (2 weeks too late to give as a Christmas gift) they are cheaply made and play a loud Asian lady's voice every time you choose a function, turn it off, turn it on, etc.

TL; DR
You're probably reading this and other reviews because you're unsure about this site. I know their prices are very attractive and it looks legitimate, but don't waste your time with them. It's going to cost you precious time trying to get help with whatever they screwed up and possibly whatever you paid for it.

There are a few good reviews that say they've had no problem with this site and if you're tempted to listen to them and think the bad ones must be rare, it's up to you man. But the first thing you see is often worth noting.
Tip: never trust any company without a customer service phone number.

Tip for consumers:
Don't.
