AJ Madison Appliances
This is an abbreviated summary of my experience. I ordered an entire kitchen appliance package for $8500 including installation, haul-a-way and extended warranty fees. They were two weeks late being delivered. When they arrived, the microwave was damaged and had to be returned. They were only able to hook up the fridge because they were not licensed for the stove or dishwasher. We wait another two weeks to have those installed and they were supposed to have the new microwave with them to finish the job. No microwave. I contact the company and they are now on backorder. I am offered another model that is acceptable. She refunds me the difference in price and assures my all of the other fees (installation etc) will transfer over. They have not and my microwave is still in the garage. I have emailed, and called numerous times and get no where. The customer service phone is useless. After stying on the line for almost an hour each time when I finally speek to a person, they put me on hold on the pretext of getting the right person and then I'm disconnected. I wouldn't think much about this but on August 31st it happened 4 times. I made a BBB complaint. Stay away from these people
