RIPOFF! My husband ordered Escada Into the Blue for me for Xmas. The regular site I normally use was out of stock and so he randomly chose this one without checking it out first. The product did arrive, however it is clearly "counterfeit" / fake. The packaging is all wrong so I knew the product was not real. I emailed to ask how to return the item. They responded. I sent it back via USPS with delivery confirmation. They received it 2 days later and have yet to post a credit to my account ( It has been 19 days). The phone appears to be disconnected and they no longer respond to email. We will be contacting the credit card company to dispute the charges in order to try to get our $ back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING.
