The customer service at HNL(Honolulu Airport) is horrible. To pickup the car, we had to stay in line for more than 1 hour. When it's finally our turn, we were told the mid-size car was sold out and we can get a Mini Van. The lady(JODENE) tried to persuade us to purchase the collision insurance, after that was denied, she said the Mini Van was gone too, we had to wait for about 10 minutes to wait for some cars to be returned. After more than 10 minutes, nothing happened. We had to go back in line again and the other lady said she knew nothing about our reservation and had to restart and when we finally got a car, more 2 hours passed. The funny thing is that the lady whose name is JODENE who served us in the beginning just disappeared. If we just waited to be called as she said, we will end up spend the night at the airport. The rate is cheap, but lots of traps there. Consider the time wasted, it's not cheap anymore.
