“Terrible wigs, and worse customer service.”

I received the wrong wig twice. They looked nothing like the picture that I paid for. I am now asking for a refund of my $186.11 but they are ignoring my requests. If I had known this company was in China, I never would have ordered from them. Now, they are refusing to respond to my requests for refund.
