I live in Australia and placed an order.
Order arrived a total mess.(see pics)
Wanted replacement of missing items to complete a project but after such a runaround with Cust. Service ( if you can call it that) they gave me a refund. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order to include the missing yarn that they refunded me and guess what? Same again, items missing from order and back on the merry-go-round with Cust Service again.
Prices seem good but not worth the hassle.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible, awful, unhelpful Customer Service
