Your reservation people are not trained properly - I am coming for a convention and have not been allowed the special rates - reserved rooms for the 5th and 10th and have had zero luck with talking to a real person..

Having to resort to complaining to the State Attorney General about a "business" who will not return your emails, phone calls, letters, etc., is such an aggravation! This so called business owner - goes by the nickname Wigi (weee geee), short for Luigi - said he knew he owes my husband money for his errors and the cancellations on our Alaska vacation this past August, but suddenly won't return our calls, emails, etc. Nothing left to do but ask for help in getting this "business" to return the dollars owed. Would NEVER recommend you use this business.
