Original order of 9 jerseys placed December 8,2012 (Chirstmas gifts). Estimated delivery time, 7-10 days. Ordered delivered December 24. (STRIKE 1). Label sizes we ordered were correct, size of the jerseys were WAY OFF, could not use 3 of the jerseys. Contacted Jennynfljerseys.com on January 8th about returning them and/or exchanging them for items that we knew would fit. At first they said no, no exchange, no return, but they would give me a discount on another order. I said NO, their website used to say that exchanges and returns are possible, I can't find that now. Finally chatted with a "manager" on January 28th and got an exchange "approved"! Shipped my 3 jerseys back via FEDEX, confirmed signature delivery February 18th (Chinese New Year - (delayed delivery). March 8th! Still No word, no refund, no exchanges, no communication, no nothing! OMG, awful company with horrible customer service. Do not EVER order from jennynfljerseys.com or jennyloopnfljerseys.com. Not sure, but I heard that they are on the website many times under other company names.
