ATTENTION MANUFACTURERS USING ALIBABA TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

THIS IS SO YOU KNOW WHY CERTAIN PRODUCTS ARE NOT SELLING ON ALIBABA BUT IS MOVING FINE ON SITES SUCH AS WISH.

Alibaba has blocked a huge number of words that the company has decided are unnecessary or offensive to them in some way which is a very ignorant slap in the face. You are seriously hampered from finding items or product using key words or descriptions found here in Canada such as Cannabis.

Hello, I have many complaints about your website and company but I think I will try to keep to the problems bothering me the most about your company.

1. There is absolutely no way to contact your company by email. I know because I have tried. I spent 3 hours today looking online for an email to contact you. I do not like using the phone because then I will have no record of what we spoke about. Very very unprofessional making it so only existing customers can contact you. And in turn making it extremely difficult for prospective customers to contact you for any reason. I am very turned off and myself and several other Canadians will not be doing business using your website.

2. It is difficult to search your website for anything that we are looking for. For example, this is Canada, in Canada Cannabis is legal as everyone knows. In fact in other places cannabis is legal as well. I know your manufacturers have product to use with cannabis such as pipes and grinders etc. But not being able to find them by using search terms such as Cannabis, weed or marijuana which are words commonly used in relation to cannabis. Searching for tobacco sends you results specifically for tobacco, using a broader term to search such as pipe fetches tobacco smoking products. Many Canadians do not smoke tobacco, it is unhealthy it is almost like you are trying to tell is you would rather we were unhealthy. It is very insulting! Because I cannot find product by just typing in cannabis as a broad search term for example, it makes using your site very unattractive for business. As such we refuse to use your site to do business. We have never bought product from your site and considering how difficult it is to search a broad term such as cannabis I don't think we will in the future either.
