I wish I had checked out reviews of Annie Cloth before ordering. I ordered some gloves on Dec 2,2019. They didn't arrive until February 13th. I inquired on December 25th, but was told that the shipping would take up to 20 working days. That put the delivery around January 8th. I actually forgot about the gloves because it was so long after I had expected them. The tracking number had even expired when I checked again in mid January. I did not get a reply when I notified them that the tracking number had expired by January 22nd. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company because I figured the product wasn't going to arrive. It arrived after the dispute was settled in favor of Annie Cloth.
I asked for a free return shipping label as compensation for the late delivery. No response. I emailed again and I later received an offer for a "keep the item and receive a 15% cash refund, then, a follow up email later with a 25% cash refund was offered. I'll see how long it takes to get the refund.
Beware of the return costs. The item I bought cost $14.22. The return to China was going to be $17.25. How is that right?
All in all, a very terrible experience with Annie Cloth. Why they wouldn't offer a free return for an item that was over six weeks late, is really bad customer service.
