“2 months later a mask was sent”

I purchased a fishing rod and reel 2 months ago. A false shipping confirmation was sent. Today I received four masks that came from China rather than the fishing rod and reel with a packaging slip for $70 that shows the correct item. When I tried calling the company it said the number is no longer in service.

Products used:
Item never sent and the phone number for them online is not in service.
