Please proceed in opening a dispute to request for a full refund since you did not receive the item you have paid for.
Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:

2) Click Awaiting Confirm".
3) Find the Order number and click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the order.
If the problem is not resolved through direct communication between you and seller, or if you don't get a response from the seller, you may request for DHgate Mediation after 5 days that you have clicked on "Return & Refund" link and then we will assign a person from Resolution Center to take care of your case.

99% love my clothes, Our problem is Customer Service.
It is my fault. I've assigned some part of Customer support to staff.
After today, I will improve customer service by myself.
The problem, the question or anything will be response/resolve within 24-48 hours or as soon as possible by myself.
We have more than 11,288 orders. We do the business with trust and honnest.
However, everthing is all our fault. I'm really sorry for all.
