Booked hotel with this company reach the after a long flight was told by hotel they hadn't received payment so I phoned them told told me they had passed it on to a 3rd payment who never paid hotel even through I had a conformation e-mail stating the hotel had been paid in full I had to pay the hotel again so I had somewhere to stay THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
