I, too, wish I'd seen these reviews before 'buying' perfume from these pricks. I received the identical emails & excuses as other reviewers. I just got my refund after a week of emails. I pushed & pushed them & refused to back down. I asked my bank to investigate them & have reported them to the ACCC. Their conduct is illegal (taking money for products they know to not be available, and bait advertising, for example). You can find their proprietary info on ASIC's website - see ABN 70 614 746 351. Don't relent. Go to NSW Fair Trading. There is nothing legitimate about this 'company'.

You need to contact Fair Trading right away give them the info of your CC name and ABN otherwise...
