They SUCK! I ordered a dress for my niece in a wedding for next week the lace is torn all the way around and the best they can tell me is that they can give me a 30% refund. GOOD LUCK talking to a supervisor they will only email you and good luck! You can chat with someone and they will tell you to wait for supervisor to email you HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON'T USE this COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER
