My experience with Azzlee is was not good. Early August, I ordered what looked like a cute sweater. With added costs, $47.99 went on my credit card. A month later, the sweater arrived, looking nothing like the quality sweater on the model, in a very thin fabric. And it reeked. After several emails, I was told to send back the sweater, mailed with a tracking number…$20 to mail it this way, BTW. Now, another four weeks have gone by and finally today after inquiring about my refund, I'm told I will be refunded $37.99. Thus, this waste of time also cost me $30. My advice is, shop elsewhere.
Email reply was quick but service rep was reluctant to allow my return without first trying to convince me to keep the item.
