We ordered hats with a SILVER buckle, but the supplier gave us a GOLD buckle. Products arrived one day before the event, so we had to use them. We requested a decent compensation from the supplier but they would not do anything for us except attempt to close a second order.
Escalated to Alibaba Trade Assurance, and they said they could only give us $10 compensation. We want a refund, as this is NOT what we ordered. The supplier and Alibaba keep saying that they cannot do much because its customized and there is only one problem with it. What is the point of using Trade Assurance if you can't guarantee THE CORRECT ORDER.
I will never us this site ever again, and I will tell all connections to never use this either.
