Here to let people know about my 100% true and accurate experiences with purchases. All of my reviews are legit. I have no reason to waste time and energy lying about my shopping experiences.The whole credibility rating thing is ridiculous.

How I Can Help

Start using paypal for most of your purchases and don't buy from 3rd party or unknown/unfamiliar merchants/sellers/websites. Using just a credit card will earn you a headache and no money back, especially with unknown/3rd party, merchant/sellers/sites. I do occasionally make the mistake of purchasing from an unfamiliar website and I am more then happy to tell you about it.

I cannot login to my account. They have no email or phone support and you cannot chat with them unless you are logged in.No problem for me because I do not shop with websites that conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner.

This company pretends to be USA based, takes several orders and then ships them in from another country. That's not really so much a big deal but they refuse to give you the actual tracking number, just the last mile tracking number. They will refuse to contact their chosen shipper to get the tracking properly updated. I emailed them over and over and they just more or less impolitely refused to do anything about it. I would not ever recommend any company that act so unprofessional and refused to help their customers. All in all an excruciating experience. Huge pain in the "neck". This company set an example of how not to be/act for an online shopping experience. UPDATE: I Got Kalimba and the wood below the keys is cracked. They don't care. I will be able to play it until it breaks. Needless to say i will never order from them ever again

They took a month to send me my package and they are in SoCal.The won't honor some promo codes or properly apply other promo codes. They even emailed me a promo code and when I tried to apply it to my cart, it was the incorrect amount. Another company I won't be shopping with in the future. Bottom line is don't be dishonest and you wont lose sales/customers. They are lucky I need the item for a gift. But I will never make another purchase with this company.

Just don't,it will be excruciating.

I love the concept but even concentrated the price is outrageous for a tiny bottle. They offer the first bottle for $16 and that's what the price should be all the time, not $24. This company was dishonest about their discount codes also. I went to cancel my subscription and they offered me 30% off my next two orders. I was like yeah that sounds great. Turns out lying by omission what they are all about and after clarification 30% actually means 16% each for the next two orders but since they excluded that info when making the offer to me I would not have know that until the next order shipped if I had not double checked with them so they are trying to pull that B. S on unsuspecting people who are unawares. Even if the coffee is good(matter of perspective and preference)the dishonesty I will not put up with.

They will leave out details to makes sales,That's Called Lying.

They have no first order/new customer discount and no free shipping even after spending almost $70 bucks.So unless I really need something I will not shop with greedy sellers.

It's always unfortunate when I find out that the primary or secondary shipper to my packages is this company. They ignore their customers and will literally help the sellers by gaslighting customers/package receiver making the customers/package receiver believe that they don't use tracking numbers when in fact their tracking numbers are 10 digits that they use until they hand off the package to the next co shipper, usually usps. Come to find out (and I have the proof) they do use tracking numbers that are longer then 10 digits. I would never intentionally cause myself the drama and headache by voluntarily giving my money to this company to ship anything. This might be why dhl and the other companies like them(fedex, ups)only deal with bad businesses and corporations because given the choice people would not deal with them and they know it.

A billion dollar company charging for samples is just straight up greedy. I remember back in the beginning they would fill the box full of all the samples they have to offer. Now they are only giving six or seven and they don't give a damn about your preferences they have you fill out when you sign up. When I found out they had the gall to jack up the price of the beauty boxes two bucks I warned then to not short me on the samples. Each box comes with a card that shows all of the sample they offer.The hot the mark on my preferences on the last box but it was almost a total fail this time. This one came with a fake tan cream sample, charcoal mask, charcoal toothpaste and nail art stickers. I would never use any of those types of products and they damn well know it. I would use the witch hazel and a couple of the scrunchies, that's it.If they were even paying any type of attention to my preferences they would have sent me the bliss cream, the hydrating primer and the olay moisturizer.In the beginning they would of sent all the samples shown on the card and particular card has less items then last seasons card. I was even sent the self tanning cream which is not even a sample shown on the card. A complete and total waste of my money. They just don't care. I will stick to buying products and then returning them if I don't want them.Don't sign up for this because they will send you very few samples of items you would never use.

Way over priced noodle bowls. I would not pay this price to try them to let you know if they are any good. There are other options out there that don't have the snobbish arrogance to charge so much for their noodle bowls. Even if it were good I wouldn't pay almost $4 for a tiny microwave noodle bowl.

The website address is www.adameve.com not www.adamevetoys.com.They will boldface lie and tell people they cannot give you the 10 digit DHL tracking number to track your package. Then they will literally tell you DHL does not have tracking numbers.No lie.If you try to put in any promo code above 25% it will not give you any discount above 25%. They do not honor promo codes higher then 25%. So just be forewarned of their shadey business practices so who knows how things will go after you order but starting off on that foot is bad for business. Also the customer service rep leave lots to be desired.The 1 out of 5 reps are courteous and helpful the rest are banshees. Classless, mannerless, rude and argumentative. They showed me their true colors. Even if I end up liking the product I will never again order from this ridiculous company. I will be closing down my account. I sure learned my lesson. Save yourself the grief and drama they put me through.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware they will have no problem boldface lying to their customers and do not honor any promo codes more then 25%.You will not be able to track your package if you order through this company.

Let's start with the pros. I like the choice of scents and ingredients of the shampoo bars. I love the stack able bamboo storage case that looks like dim sum baskets. What I do not like is the dishonesty and the lack of transparency, it is off putting. They claim their product is from a tiny female tribe in china when it's owned by a rich mormon guy(apparently he did go to china and according to him and create a partnership in which he gives them 5% for using their secrets to rice hair care and if you ask me that is simply not enough), if you look at his linkedin he has worked his tail off to create and sell several business so kudos to that and also I have nothing against morons at all but if you're already rich(and if you have sold several of your businesses and you're not rich then you're doing it wrong)then you don't need to be charging $13-$16 a bar. You are alienating many people who cannot afford that price point. Also according to his linkedin he worked in marketing in china so that could very well mean he could just put up pictures on viori.com's website with no one the wiser, cause marketing that's why. Before I made this review there were people asking the same questions around the internet so what I'm saying is nothing new. Either way as appealing as it sounds I cannot get completely on board with this product.

I really like their wet/dry electronic foot file(the others are useless if you cannot get them wet, unless you only do dry pedicures)but the refill files are pricey. I like the foot cream but the lotion has parabens in it and smells more like gross smell of Vasaline's lotions and not like pleasant smell of Amope's other products(nail oil and foot cream)I wont be repurchasing the until they remove the parabens and make it smell like their other two products.No I don't like bacteria and fugus to grow in my health and beauty products but there are safer preservatives out there like Phenoxyethanol. They will not allow you to post a review of the products falsely claiming it's your ad blockers.It's just rude and disrespectful to lie to customers.

Turn and learn the label of ingredients before buying any product.

I give credit where credit is due. I had to send the last pair I bought back and they replaced them promptly. I was entitled for a % off discount that was not applied properly and they took care of it right away. I do not encounter very many businesses that have excellent customer service when calling their 800 numbers but the customer service people at converse are very nice and helpful each and every time. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. Well done Converse you have definitely earned your longstanding awesome reputation.

They refused to let me leave a review of one of their crappy nasty products on their website. Some products are ok but they won't let me leave reviews. That's fine, I decided I was not going to continue to use their products before that and before they were bought out Estee Lauder. Wow Yuck. I will not be putting money into their pockets. But unfortunately most affordable skin care lines are owned by either awful families or big corps.It's quite depressing.The Inkey List is much better all around, use them.

Use inky list's products.There products are better quality at around the same price point.

Their regular flavorings has way too much sugar and the zero sugar has the artificial sweetener sucralose. Sucralose is bad for your health. Stick with natural sweeteners such as monkfruit, Erythritol or Xylitol. They are better for you then artificial sweeteners.

The local offices are awesome and people never have a problems unless you have to call the 1-800 number and then it's all drama.The reps and their supervisors either boldface lie or misinform customers and all you get is a hollow apology and no solution to the problems THEY caused.The call centers always been awful but has become worse more recently. H&R's bane is their call centers that need to be gutted and overhaul training of their employees.

I like that they have tons of colors and smoothie packekt(those should be $2 if it has zero sugar or good sugar like monkfruit)I would buy it if it were $25 or $30 after shipping but not $50.$50 is way to much for most people to afford.

I like the two body washes I have tried, they foam well but not dry the skin out(great combo)although I was not a fan of the bergamot/sandalwood, it did not small like sandalwood at all.The sea salt and citrus I smelled way more like citrus then sea salt so it seems with the body washes that one of their body washes scents in each overpowers the other. They should make more scents as well as a fragrance free body wash, I would definitely buy a fragrance free but the big problem I have with this company is they do not answer their emails. I emailed them with questions and never got an answer. That's a real big no-no in customer service and running a business. People tend to not deal with companies that ignore people and spend their money elsewhere where they are treated like their time and money matter.

I have been with them for a couple years and they will always get your information they need from the screeners but you will never qualify for a survey or study. Another scammy info collection site. They get your info and you never get anything for your time, effort and information.

You will not make many points. You will do tons of screeners that give them tons of your info for no compensation and it will take a very long time to redeem a reward.Not remotely worth your valuable time and information.

I logged in and saw for the second time since opening a target account they completely erased my saved for later list. Because of this, they are no longer my first go to store. People need to remember their shopping lists. Target saves your registry lists so why erase customers extremely important saved for later list.No other store screws over customers like that. How can target be so rude or dumb. Either way it's wrong. I expected way better from target. I am shocked and appalled.

They will erase your saved for later list after a while.
