I find beautiful designer goods that are usually up to par, there have been a few times where I have received items with holes or shoes with minor dirt on them (but nothing major or gross). The customer service is pretty good, however, I do not like the charges that they take out for returns, that is a bit unsettling. Other than that, I give a thumbs up for this site, they have done a lot better at advertising flaws than they have in the past!

Thredup has great deals when buying... which is why they get two stars... even though they're unethical and probably shouldn't. I am pretty sure I've been scammed. The payoffs are terrible... but I sent in a gigantic box full of clothes gently worn, new and most designer... and they picked 12 items from my box. 12. I am over here wondering what happened to all of my stuff with the tags and especially the designer pieces that weren't picked to be sold. My eyebrows are raised because not only does it not make sense... but clearly there are some bogus practices within this company. They make you pay to have your "unwanted" items shipped back to you, which makes that option undesirable... in which most of us choose not to go that route which gives them some room to act in this manner. Disgusting and shady.
