I wish I had read reviews more carefully. This Company purports to do business in the U.S., but the way they run credit card charges means that you will incur foreign transaction fees unless you happen to use a card that doesn't charge such fees. The issue is the lack of transparency - they need to tell customers to use a card with no fees.

Separately, their return service stinks. You get stuck paying to send your items back to their U.S. address (my 4 suits that didn't fit cost nearly $20 to ship), but they will not refund your money until the items arrive in the U. K, and they process them. It appears that they do "pick ups" from the U.S. to the U. K. less than once per month. From what I can tell it will be at least 5 weeks from the date they received my return at their U.S. location until they process the return. Awful. Further, their email responses are defensive, stuck up and unhelpful.
