La Boutique de Nina advertised a 'peek a boo bear' (ourson musicale) on their facebook page, placed an order on 20th of November, when it hadn't arrived after one month I contacted them only to be told they are waiting for more stock and that I would be emailed once in stock and then it would take another 4-6 weeks for it to be delivered from Belgium to France! Luckily I paid via paypal so I have made a claim and ordered a replacement from the USA ( which is a genuine 'GUND' bear and not what I believe would have been a Chinese counterfeit)

Placed an order on 2 Feb, now 2 March but no delivery, I know that there has been the Chinese New Year but they haven't even dispatched four items, they say they have dispatched three items but the tracking number doesn't exist, now they are saying my address is wrong, I think I know my own address better than they do. One item is out if stock despite the fact that they are still advertising it for sale.

Sellers are dishonest, they list items for sale with a completely false description ie: 'cashmere sweater' that is synthetic and then the seller only offers a $2 refund. These sellers sell either mis-advertised goods or ones that are completely fake with no conscience.

All in French, thought it was authentic but lo and behold like every other outlet selling designer handbags they are cheap knock offs from China, website showed shipping via french couriers but as soon as I had the tracking number with 'ems' as the courier knew it was a scam, hoefully can get my money back from paypal. Someone should stop these fraudsters, they give all the info about the real thing but wouldn't know the truth if it jumped up and smacked them in the face
